General Meeting

Stratas establish a requirement for Quorum to prevent "tyranny of the minority". However, this must be balanced with the requirement to have genuine meetings.

Stratas must promote transparency, encourage community engagement, and support the orderly conduct of general meetings.

Stratas can build councils with the experience, commitment, and diverse perspectives needed to effectively serve their communities.
