ABOUT
With more than 25 years of experience in the Strata Industry, Heidi has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and issues faced by Strata Corporations and owners. Much of her education, training and experience is centred on communication and conflict resolution, helping Strata Owners navigate difficult conversations to find practical solutions and develop robust relationships. Heidi believes that understanding strata legislation and bylaws are only part of the equation — it is as important that explanations are clear and make sense to the people affected by them.
Heidi is the Community Relationship Manager for Morley Hanson and she is always looking for opportunities for the firm to provide education and advice to Strata Corporations, Strata Lot Owners, Property Managers and other people involved with Strata Law. When working with clients, Heidi helps them understand their options, navigate the legislation, and approach the challenges of strata living with clarity and confidence. With a practical and approachable style, Heidi enjoys taking complex issues and breaking them down into solutions that are understandable of practical.
Outside of work, Heidi enjoys puzzles and baking — two hobbies that, in their own way, have a lot in common with her approach to helping Strata Communities. She enjoys the process of taking individual pieces and bringing them together to create something that works. Whether it is finding the right solution to a puzzle or combining the right ingredients, Heidi appreciates the patience, attention to detail, and problem-solving that go into making all the pieces fit.
At the end of the day, Heidi’s home and family are what matter most to her. She values the time spent surrounded by the people and things that make home feel like home. She also has a love of travel and adventure, and is almost always thinking about where her next travels will take her.
