A Strata that waits too long could lose the right to commence legal action. Once you know the applicable limitation period, make sure you record the date by which you must file the claim

Stratas must promote transparency, encourage community engagement, and support the orderly conduct of general meetings.

There is no right to anonymity in a Strata and any correspondence sent to the Strata can be requested by another Owner. A Strata must be transparent and cannot provide redacted information.
