A Strata can register on the title to a Strata Lot a Certificate of Lien for debts from unpaid Strata Fees, Special Levies, Judgments Against the Strata, and the Cost of Work done to a Strata Lot because of an Order from a Public or Local Authority.

Strata Fees are a specific type of obligation that Owners owe to a Strata. A Strata has extraordinary powers to collect unpaid Strata Fees.

A Strata must file an Acknowledgement of Payment (Form H) when a Certificate of Lien (Form G) is no longer valid on a Strata Lot.
