Suzanne Byfield-Malcolm is the Team Coordinator and a Strata Advisor at Morley Hanson Law Corporation. She has over 20 years of experience across Legal, Financial, and Corporate Environments. She specializes in Operations, Process Improvement, and Team Leadership. Suzanne is known for Driving Efficiency, Strengthening Workflows, and building Collaborative, High-performing Teams and brings a Strategic, People‑Centered Approach to Operational Excellence.

Suzanne is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing enterprise-wide process improvements.

Suzanne transitioned into the legal profession after relocating to Canada in 2017 and was drawn to its structured, client-focused environment. She is passionate about supporting Strong Operational Foundations, Improving Efficiency, and fostering Inclusive Workplaces where both people and processes can thrive.

Suzanne has held progressive leadership roles in Banking, Corporate Operations, and Legal Environments. In Jamaica, she led Process Improvement Initiatives, Training Programs, and Cross-Functional Projects within a major financial institution. In Canada, she has supported Legal Teams through Coordination, Policy Development, and Workflow Optimization. At Morley Hanson, she oversees Office Operations, Financial Review, Vendor Management, and Executive Coordination, while also supporting Stratas as a Strata Advisor.

Suzanne holds an MBA and BBA in General Management from the University of Technology in Jamaica and maintains multiple certifications, including PMP, ScrumMaster, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. She is committed to Continuous Improvement, Professional Development, and Workplace Equity. Outside of work, she is a certified fitness instructor who values Wellness, Lifelong Learning, and Community Engagement.
